1. About This Shop

This shop is the independent artistic practice by Mariana Vale, offering a selection of artworks and handmade pieces. Each object is carefully produced and may vary slightly from images shown.

2. Orders

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is complete. If anything is unclear or you made a mistake, feel free to email me promptly and I’ll try to help.

3. Prices & Payments

Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include Portuguese VAT if applicable. Payment is handled securely via Stripe or PayPal. No financial information is stored on this site.

4. Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days from Lisbon, Portugal. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
International buyers: customs or import taxes may apply and are responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns

EU customers, have the right to return orders within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.
To start a return, send an email to hello@marianavale.com. Clients will be requested a photograph of the items, which need to be sent back in their original condition.

Return shipping costs is at the client's expense unless the item is faulty.

6. Damages or Issues

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send me an email to as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

7. Copyright & Use

All content (images, texts, artworks) is the property of Mariana Vale and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms follow Portuguese law. If we ever need to resolve something formally, it’ll be through the courts in Lisbon, Portugal.
