The Serpa International Award for Picturebooks aims to encourage the creation of new picturebooks, with a view to promote the literary and artistic quality in the area.
Working together with Planeta Tangerina, we created a full digital plan that included a website, a social media strategy and a promotional video.
Through continuous collaboration, in 2023 we've also redesigned the process of submitting projects, from mail posting and analogue processes into a fully digital experience through the website.

With a long-term solution in mind, the website was designed with a view to update all illustrations every two years to match the current edition's identity.

For the 2023 edition, we've redesigned the process of submitting projects, turning it into a fully digital submission. Moving from analog to an all-digital submission process, the award was able to increase the amount of submissions by 400%, reaching authors from 53 countries.
